Kumar Rajagopalan, VP of Strategic Initiatives and Country Head of India at Dexian, brings over 30 years of IT and Finance experience. He aligns IT tools with financial goals, leading shared services, centralized recruiting, and managed services teams.

Starting in finance, Kumar transitioned to leading Dexian’s India operations, implementing enterprise solutions for multinational corporations. A Chartered Accountant with tech certifications, he contributed to Dexian’s Financial Modeling and ERP implementations.

Kumar established Dexian DISYS in India, creating jobs for thousands. He believes in a human-centric approach and the power of connections, fostering an empathetic work culture. His guiding belief is in the power of spirituality to manage stress and achieve a balanced work-life harmony, emphasizing distinct boundaries between work and personal life.

Sumeet Pankajakshan, who leads the Global Delivery function, is an industry veteran with over 20 years in sales and delivery functions. Sumeet’s expertise is in delivering cost-effective, best-in-class solutions for large global customers. He has a record of standing large teams and processes ground up in short turnaround times. He has been instrumental in growing the Centralized delivery and recruitment functions at Dexian to one of the largest and most effective in the US IT staffing business. Sumeet is based in Mumbai, India, and manages a multi-cultural distributed team across 5 locations.

With an impressive 15-year tenure in the staffing industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. His career has been forged through experience with some of the most competitive organizations in the sector. For the past 7+ years, he has been a cornerstone of Dexian, demonstrating a relentless drive for excellence.

In his current role as the Offshore Recruiting and Delivery Head for the USA, APAC, and Europe at Dexian, he masterfully leads the global recruitment operations. His strategic oversight ensures efficient service delivery across these pivotal regions. Renowned for his commitment to production goals, he consistently drives exceptional results. His leadership has been crucial in building strong, cohesive teams and establishing a robust foundation for the organization. His vision and dedication have significantly contributed to Dexian’s growth and competitive edge in the market.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Nagpur University, which underpins his technical proficiency and strategic thinking.

Beyond his professional life, he is a cricket enthusiast and an avid chess player. He finds joy in traveling, which broadens his horizons and enriches his perspective. Drawing strength from his family, he balances his demanding career with personal fulfillment, fueling his professional achievements and making him a well-rounded leader in the industry.

Paramjeet is a distinguished professional, armed with a robust academic and experiential background that underscores his exceptional expertise in the realm of business management. With an illustrious career spanning 17 years, Paramjeet’s noteworthy contributions to Dexian’s centralized recruitment delivery and operations unit have been pivotal in orchestrating a substantial and multifold growth over the past 6 years.

Holding a coveted Graduate (Business Management) degree and adorned with the prestigious distinction of a 6 Sigma Black belt, Paramjeet’s pursuit of excellence has been further augmented by a constellation of management certifications. Notable among these are his training at XLRI in Visionary Leadership, his proficiency as an MBTI practitioner, and his honing of Leadership Excellence through awareness and Practice at IILM.

Venkat Lakshminarasimha, Head of Solutions for India, and the Middle East at Dexian India, is a visionary leader in business and product management. With expertise in digital transformation for IT enterprises, government bodies, and Agritech, he excels in translating complex needs into innovative solutions.

Venkat’s consultative approach involves close client collaboration on software development, product launches, and lifecycle management, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained success. He has expanded Dexian’s Managed Services globally, leading hundreds of engineers across the US, Middle East, and India in digital transformation and cognitive projects.

Venkat has established Centers of Excellence in data science, AI/ML, and AR/VR, demonstrating a commitment to engineering talent development.

Suresh (TG) has over 35 years of experience in IT and Quality. He has been with Dexian for the past 13 years, building robust IT infrastructure and implementing quality processes and standards across the organization. He played a pivotal role in global locations securing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27701:2019, ISO 27001:2022, CMMI Level 3, and CMMI Level 5 SVC 2.0 certifications for Dexian. Additionally, under his leadership, Dexian achieved SOC 2 – Type 2 certification, demonstrating the company’s commitment to stringent cybersecurity standards.

His previous associations include Micro Aids India (Site Engineer at ISRO/ASIEO/ADE), DSQ Software Ltd (IBM-Japan, Microsoft, CISCO), and Birla Soft (GE – Global, Juniper, DELL). Suresh possesses extensive experience and expertise in SLA-based IT Infra Service Delivery Projects, IT Infrastructure Management, Service Desk Management, 24×7 Global Service Center (GSC) Management, System and Network Administration, Enterprise Network Management, IT Infrastructure Asset Management, Software Distribution, Storage Solutions and Database Administration, and Business Continuity Processes for Enterprise Servers and Network Disaster Recovery.

He holds a technical specialization in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has completed various certifications, including CCNA, MCSE, SAS 70, ITIL, Lead Auditor Course on BS7799 / ISO 27001 Information Security Management, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 Internal Lead Auditor Certification, BCP / DRP Expert, Six Sigma Black Belt, CMMI Level 5 SVC 2.0, and SOC 2 – Type 2. Suresh’s expertise in cybersecurity ensures that Dexian’s IT infrastructure remains resilient and secure against evolving threats.

Nirmal Nath is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Cost & Management Accountant (ACMA) with more than three decades of experience in both manufacturing and service industries in different sectors. He had a brilliant academic record, having been a gold medalist in college and securing ranks at all India levels in both his CA and CMA.

He has experience in handling audits of large corporations and financial institutions. He has a proven track record of handling the finance and accounting functions of large multinational companies in India and abroad. Nirmal has vast experience in handling acquisitions, system integration, process improvements, statutory compliances, audits, and taxation.

Nirmal joined Dexian in 2017 and handles the F&A function of the group and provides guidance to the India and International F&A teams operating out of Dexian India Chennai office. Nirmal has been instrumental in bringing to Dexian awards at the 7th and 9th Finance Transformation Asia Summit of Inventicon and the Best Finance Transformation award at the India CFO Awards.

Sampath Kumar brings over 30 years of rich experience in Information Technology, with a specialization in ERP, Client Server, Database Administration, Internet Applications, Program Management, Consulting, and Business Development. His extensive expertise spans over two decades in ERP Oracle, PeopleSoft Implementation, Upgrades, Rollouts, and Support and Maintenance of HCM, Finance, SCM, and CRM for diverse clients using an onsite-offshore model.

Sampath excels in managing large professional teams, fostering consensus, and collaborating with senior business leaders to assess, plan, and implement effective IT solutions. His strengths include analytical thinking, robust communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Kalyan brings over three decades of extensive experience in the IT industry, having spearheaded large-scale digital transformation projects for clients globally. His tenure as the Chief Operating Officer at SRM Technologies saw the successful incubation of the Digital Practice for the US Geo and the Salesforce Practice for India Geo. Prior to SRM Tech, Kalyan served as the Vice President and Delivery Head (Europe) at HCL Technologies, demonstrating his prowess in managing significant projects. His impressive career also includes his role as Delivery Head for the Retail and Logistics Business Unit at Atos Syntel, where he managed a substantial revenue base and led a team of over 4,000 employees,
earning the Best Performing BU award in 2018.

Kalyan’s earlier roles include Offshore Delivery Director for the Retail and Consumer Goods Business Unit at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he significantly grew the region’s revenue and won the CEO Delivery Excellence Award. His foundational years were spent at Tata Consultancy Services, where he played key roles in both the US and Chennai. Throughout his career, Kalyan’s strategic leadership and commitment to excellence have garnered him numerous accolades, establishing him as a transformative leader in the IT services industry. Based in Chennai, he enjoys a vibrant family life and has a passion for badminton, table tennis, and music.

Neeraj has extensive experience in Manufacturing, IT, and ITES. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Kolkata, providing a strong foundation in business and management principles.

Throughout his career, Neeraj has held key leadership positions in prominent companies, showcasing his expertise in HR management and strategy. He served as the Head of Employee Relations & Business HR at Infosys BPO, Vice President of HR at Wipro Technologies, and Head of HR for the APAC region at Conduent Technologies.

Additionally, Neeraj has contributed his skills to the public sector, having served as a Civil Servant at NTPC, one of India’s leading public sector enterprises. Neeraj’s professional achievements extend beyond his roles in various organizations. He is known for his innovative approach to HR, having conceptualized and implemented HR architectures tailored to the specific needs of each company.

His deep understanding of people and processes has enabled him to optimize organizational efficiency and drive cost savings. Neeraj has also spearheaded automation and digital transformation initiatives within HR, ensuring that organizations stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Outside of work, Neeraj enjoys a fulfilling personal life. He is married to an entrepreneur, and together they have a daughter who works in Australia and a son pursuing engineering.

In his leisure time, Neeraj indulges in his passion for sports and enjoys reading books on history, polity, and economics. He also finds relaxation in watching movies and serials, enriching his cultural and entertainment experiences. With his extensive professional background, innovative mindset, and diverse interests, Neeraj brings a unique perspective and valuable contributions to any team or organization he is a part of.

With over 16 years of experience in recruiting, selling, and managing multiple large MSP enterprise clients for IT and Professional Services, Vishal S. Chaudhary stands as a pivotal figure at Dexian. As the Director of Staffing and Placements, he is responsible for strategic new-client acquisition, managing overall MSP alliances, centralized MSP client operations, and supporting the expansion of Regional and Fortune 500 BFSI clients.

Under Vishal’s leadership, Dexian India has experienced remarkable growth, achieving a 100% increase in resource headcount and a 250% surge in gross profitability across various client engagements. His expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Engineering degree in
Information Technology and extensive experience with renowned multinational corporations such as Randstad, Allegis Group – TEKsystems, and Collabera Technologies.

Vishal’s contributions and strategic vision continue to drive Dexian’s success, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.

Sathya brings over 20 years of unparalleled expertise in Financial Operations, Accounting and auditing. He has excelled in building Accounting Capability Centers, implementing ERP systems, and ensuring adherence to GAAP. His leadership has transformed complex
accounting and finance shared services, Centers of Excellence (COE), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) units in India. With a proven track record of reviewing and enhancing financial procedures and internal controls, Sathya has driven strategic transformations that automate financial systems, achieve revenue targets, and boost profitability.

A certified Chartered Accountant, Sathya has honed his skills at prestigious global firms such as Ernst & Young, Hewlett Packard, and Micro Focus. Beyond his professional prowess, Sathya is a devoted family man who enjoys reading and cooking in his leisure time.
