Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts tailored to our industry and audience.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, to improve content visibility and search rankings.
  • Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience needs, and competitors to inform content strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with overall brand goals.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all content pieces, adhering to brand voice and style.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance and refine strategies to enhance engagement and ROI.

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional content writing experience, ideally in B2B services, IT solutions, or staffing services.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to adapt tone and style across formats.
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies, tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics), and keyword optimization techniques.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and writing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track content performance.
  • Background in crafting content for IT and staffing service providers.
