Role Overview

Dexian India is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Operations Fresher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of marketing activities to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate reports, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
  • Support Operations: Provide operational support for day-to-day marketing tasks, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fresh graduate with a focus on Marketing or related disciplines. Preferably MBA freshers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
