Job Title: Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Oracle EPM consultant to lead EPBCS implementations, develop Narrative Reporting (EPRCS) solutions, and support enterprise financial planning & consolidation processes (FCCS).

Oracle EPM Senior Consultant | 8+ Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementations (Financials, Workforce, Capex modules)
  • Design and configure Narrative Reporting solutions for management and board reporting
  • Build WebForms, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Security models
  • Manage data integrations, pipelines, and automation using EPM Automate
  • Collaborate with Finance/FP&A teams for requirements gathering and solution delivery
  • Troubleshoot metadata, data loads, and performance optimization
  • Provide user training and support for EPM Cloud applications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications preferred

Additional Information

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years Oracle EPM experience (Cloud & On-Premise)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPBCS/PBCS implementation
  • Experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Groovy scripting, Smart View, Task Manager
  • Data integration experience (Data Management, Pipelines, file-based loads)
  • EPM Automate and batch scripting knowledge
  • Intermediate Finance domain knowledge (FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting)

Good-to-Have Skills

  • FCCS experience (consolidations, close management, intercompany eliminations)
  • Tax Reporting or Profitability & Cost Management modules exposure
  • Experience in large-scale, multinational EPM implementations
  • SQL scripting and advanced automation capabilities
  • Finance transformation project experience
