Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, create comprehensive architectural solutions, and ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to best practices for ServiceNow implementations.

Additional Information

• Solution Design: Develop and document comprehensive architectural solutions and designs for ServiceNow implementations, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
• Implementation & Optimization: Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and organizational goals. Identify and address opportunities for process improvements and optimizations.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, providing guidance on complex technical issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Integration: Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure that ServiceNow solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and user manuals. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff as needed.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform, working with ServiceNow support as needed.
• Innovation: Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and best practices. Advocate for new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our ServiceNow environment.
