Chennai: US-based Dexian, a talent consulting and technology solutions company, expanded its global capability centre (GCC) presence in Chennai with a new facility. It will focus on digital engineering, data and analytics, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and AI solutions, said Maruf Ahmed, global chief executive of Dexian.

The company’s agri tech innovation and agri intelligence platform was built and scaled by the India team, he said.

The company’s India operations are headquartered in Chennai in addition to offices in Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Noida. “We currently have more than 2,000 employees in India and target 50% headcount growth in the next 12–18 months, with plans to expand into talent-rich cities and continue to focus on GCC for mid-market clients,” he said.

Dexian currently has more than 650 employees in Chennai and plans to expand to around 900, he added.
